CMP develops, wherever needed, infrastructural services, such as cleaning and security, and technical services, such as maintenance and repairs in the aspect of quality and cost efficiency. We fix the intervals, plans and prepare budgets for maintenance according to the regulations and laws and advise the owner about necessary adjustments and improvements.

CMP takes care about the results of inspections by local authorities. We supervise and check subcontractors providing services for running the facilities in a proper way.
