"IN 2006 the company signed the consultancy contrach in the process of designing of the Dom Towarowy Renoma in Czysta St. in Wroclaw.

The project is developed by Domy Towarowe Centrum Real Estate through its subsidiary DTC Renoma Sp. z o.o. The services rendered by the company include optimization of the project in terms of the facility management, traffic flows, and commercialization. Redeveloped "Renoma" will comprise of 100.000 sq.m. of which 40.000 sq.m. will be used for retail and services. The design was prepared by by Pracownia Projektowa Maćkow.
